Leave the heavy lifting to us and we'll handle the logistics of moving your rentals to your event site. Our delivery crew are experts in handling large or small orders and we're happy to help! Our goal is to ensure all customers are ready for their event well in advance, therefore most deliveries are usually scheduled for the day before an event.

What to expect with our delivery service...

We offer both tailgate drop-off service and delivery with set-up and labour aide. We require advance notice any event needing set-up & labour services; additional charges will apply. All deliveries are scheduled with multiple customers and events in mind. Location, size of order, and priority of when order was placed are all factors in our scheduling - because of this, we cannot take specific time requests but do our best to appease all orders. We require site contacts (names and phone #'s) for all delivery sites.  All In One Party Shop will reserve the right to decline deliveries inaccessible to our trucks so please keep accessibility in mind when requesting the service.

IMPORTANT DELIVERY AND PICK UP INFORMATION

Please help us to make your pick up return trouble free by:

  • Ensuring all items are gathered together in one area as they were left on delivery or you may be subject to additional labour charges.  If items are left behind because they are not with the rest of the order, the customer must return them or reschedule a pick up (additional fee) within 24 hours.
  • Rented equipment must be accessible to drivers during scheduled pick up time.  Any additional delivery/pick up attempts are subject to extra charges.
  • Take care not to mix any other personal items, such as cutlery with our equipment.
  • Tables and chairs are to be folded, stacked and replaced on any dollies where provided.
